Titles can tell a lot about a film, from the style, genre even hints at the narrative.
While originally they were used simply to give across key institutional information
For example,
Both of these titles are crediting the most important institutional information to the audience.
They eventually moved on to their own art style, more noticeably in the works of Soul Bass:
However by looking at these different titles you can see how his work has inspired others:And some others that Saul Bass has clearly inspired :
From this while amh films still follow the simplistic style of key information there are those that use them creatively, as discussed in nerd writers video:
Studio logos themselves have changed over time, usually as a reflection of both technological advancements as well as reflecting mile stones in the companies history:
For example, Universal Studios( in chromatic order, skipping a few because there are so many):

Video 3:
Whilst there are different styles, as well as different sports, the main common themes running throughout are:
- Non-diegetic soundtrack (uplifting/motivational music)
- Voice overs
- Character introduction
- Scenic camera work
From this I know we will have to try an incorporate a similar energy into our opening title sequence. I feel as though one of the main ways to do this is by putting together a sound track that will compliment the footage that is going to be edited together and using pleonastic sound to emphasise the actions to make them more evident to our audience.
